The blade is a non-reflective bead-blast finished AUS 8 stainless steel. It blends and almost disappears in the desert.
CRKT®’s tactical M16®-14ZSF model features two Carson Flippers, resulting in a true hilt when the blade is opened. CRKT®’s Big Dog glass filled nylon version has a 3.875" (98 mm) blade and full-size handle with a pommel which is exceptionally powerful in tactical situations. Weight is a hefty 6.3 oz. (179 g).
