Rothco's Polyester Extended Cold Weather Clothing System [ECWCS] is made from 100% polyester with a soft and comfortable fleece lining. For added comfort the underwear features a full cut. Be sure to view the matching bottoms as well. Available in black, brown, desert sand and foliage green.

Constructed with lightweight and durable Polartec® Thermal Pro® fabric, the liner effectively retains body heat with little bulk. Stretch-grid fleece side panels add comfort and breathability. Features include nylon reinforcements at the collar, shoulders and elbows, two hand-warmer pockets, two internal chest pockets and raglan sleeves for better range of motion.
