Spacious and Durable
The Copper Spur UL3 is designed to be both spacious and durable. At just over 3 pounds, it is lightweight enough to carry on backpacking trips, but it is also made with high-quality materials that can withstand a variety of weather conditions. The durable ripstop nylon fabric and strong aluminum poles provide the perfect combination of durability and weight savings, while the spacious interior offers plenty of room for up to three people.
Well-Ventilated for Optimal Comfort
In addition to its durability and spaciousness, the Copper Spur UL3 also offers excellent ventilation. The tent features mesh panels on the sides and top that allow for airflow and help to reduce condensation. This is particularly important in humid or damp conditions, as it helps to keep the inside of the tent comfortable and dry. The dual low-vent vestibule doors and high fly vent maximize active and passive airflow, reducing condensation even further.
Storage and Ease of Use
The Copper Spur UL3 tent also comes with a range of convenient features that make it easy to use. The awning-style vestibule with double zipper, two doors, and two vestibules provide ample storage space for gear and equipment. The tent also features a 3-D bin mezzanine at the foot for elevated storage, and an oversized ceiling pocket at the head for additional storage. Media pockets provide cord-routing for electronics, and the smooth-closing, dual-zipper doors with easy-grip pulls allow for ease of entry, exit, and quick, reach-through access. Additionally, the tent's Velcro tabs connect the fly to the pole structure, providing perfect pitch and extra stability.
